How we work
Most plumbing complaints are really communication complaints.
People rarely mind paying for a repair. What they mind is not knowing what is wrong, not knowing what it will cost, and finding out both at the same time as the invoice.
So we do it the other way round. We look first, tell you what we found, put a number on it, and only then pick up a tool. If a repair will buy you three more years, we will tell you that instead of quoting a replacement.
We cover Brussels and both Brabant provinces, we keep the working day open for urgent calls, and the person who quotes your job is the person who arrives to do it.
