Before you sign up
Yes, with one month of notice. There is no joining fee and no minimum term beyond that.
Parts, replacements and any work beyond the visits listed. Members get ten per cent off those on the Warm home plan.
On Flow check, your first fault each year has no callout charge. After that, members pay the normal rate.
Request a visit and say which plan interests you. We look at the system first, confirm the plan suits the home, and start from the following month.
Joining a plan
A plan only makes sense if it fits the home. Request a visit, tell us which plan you are considering, and we will confirm whether it is worth it for you or whether a one-off service is the better call.
