How our pricing works
A fixed callout covers attendance, diagnosis and the first hour on site. If the repair needs more time or parts, we stop, tell you the figure and carry on only when you agree.
Bathrooms, kitchens and upgrades are quoted in writing after a visit. The quote lists scope, parts and labour separately so you can see what you are paying for.
Planned installations
Before the tiles and fittings go in, we set out the pipe runs, access points and falls properly. That keeps the finished room quiet, reliable and serviceable when it matters.

We trace the source before opening anything up, protect the surrounding area and repair the run properly rather than patching it.

Sinks, showers, toilets and household drains cleared, with a straight answer about why it blocked and whether it will happen again.
